Below is a list of our handcrafted beers. These original recipes are the culmination of my brewing experiences over the past decade. We proudly produce all of our ales and lagers in house in our small batch 10 barrel brewery. Our beers will awaken and delight your palette.

Rasta Pilsner
This lager is light and smooth, but has the body of an all-malt beer
and the hop profile of a true German-style pilsner.

TreeHugger Organic IPA
Unfiltered India Pale Ale brewed with certified organic hops from New Zealand and certified organic Canadian malted barley. TreeHugger is brewed to the standards set by the FDA for organic manufactured products. Hops dominate throughout the nose, body, and finish.

Big Easy Pale
An American-style Pale Ale built around select Canadian malts and hops from the U.S. Pacific Northwest. This is a light and crisp beer with a big hop nose and a pleasant hoppy finish.

Riley’s Red
An Irish Red Ale made with Munich malt and noble European hops. Smooth and full-bodied, with a malty candy-like sweetness and a mild hop bitterness.

Angry Monk
An amber Belgian Ale fermented with a rare yeast strain imparting complex flavors and fruity esters. Unfiltered, with strong aromas of banana and cloves delicately balanced with a full-bodied malt flavor and Belgian candy sugar.

Old School ESB (Extra Special Bitter)
An old English-style Ale, copper in color, featuring an abundance of English grown hops for bitterness and light caramel malts imparting a pleasant sweetness and balance.

Space Stout
Our stout is a big, full-bodied black beer with a wonderful balance of roasted and chocolate malt flavors. Flaked oats are added to the grist to give it a silky mouth feel and sweet finish.

Ask your server about our seasonal selections which include Tailgater Honey Wheat, Badonkadonk Brown, Wildfire Smoked Porter, Fat Tuesday Strong Ale (2004 GABF Gold Medal Winner), and many other styles.
